Concentrating on the development and delivery of cost effective solutions which deliver easily quantifiable and measurable early Returns on Investment (ROI), for companies both large and small, (our complete product range is fully scalable from 5 to 32,000 simultaneous users), GemaTech have developed a number of software based applications from first principles which also incorporate GemaTech’s own hardware platform and operating system. Consequently GemaTech own 100% of all Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) deployed within our product range and are not dependant on any third party developer of technology to meet GemaTech’s specific requirements in order to maintain GemaTech’s development program.
Parent Company, Telinvest Ltd., registered in Guernsey, Channel Islands, was the original source of all development finance for the initial Research and Development programs and continues to support the ongoing R&D program which delivers the innovative products and services identified by the Sales and Marketing divisions of the business (comprising GemaTech UK Ltd and GemaTech Holdings Inc. in the US) as being required to satisfy proven market needs and market trends.
GemaTech UK Ltd registered in England in 1997 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telinvest Ltd and has sole distribution rights for all GemaTech products and services throughout Europe.

and services of GemaTech, Ltd. of the UK. GemaTech NA, addresses the needs of the
North American market. The synergy of the two operations uniquely enables clients
to address their corporate telecommunications Business Continuity and Remote Worker
requirements through a single vendor.

side voice recording solutions that record all 30 channels of an ISDN30 circuit.

skills based routing and comprehensive MI call statistics, enabling call center Agents
